How we work

We’ve been matching business events to venues for over 18 years. Our six-step approach ensures that the perfect venue is found for your event within 24 hours.
We’ll save you time and help you get credit for organising a fantastic event or meeting.

  1. Brief: The process starts with you. Let us know what sort of venue you’re looking for. We need details such as the size of the group, any facilities you need, location and budget. You can get in touch via phone, online form or email.

  2. Search: We use your criteria in a thorough search of over 100,000 venues. Our search tools, along with our knowledge, narrow down the list to three closest matches to your needs.

  3. Respond: We’ll typically be back in touch in four hours with the three venues that we’ve picked out for you.

  4. Visit. We can meet you at the selected venues and show you around so you have an informed tour of your short list.

  5. Confirm: Once you know which venue you want to book, we’ll arrange the contract on your behalf.

  6. Book accommodation: If you have delegates or guests travelling from far, you may want to offer accommodation. We manage the booking process for rooms around the main venue, hold allocations of rooms, handle amendments and avoid possible cancellation fees.
